Agreement
By downloading or using PickleScore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the Apple Watch app, the iPhone companion app, and the website at picklescore.app.
License
Upper Level Development grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PickleScore on your Apple devices. You are purchasing the right to use the app — not ownership of the app itself, its code, its design, or its content. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Upper Level Development.
One-Time Purchase
PickleScore is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no recurring charges. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s payment terms. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of PickleScore. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to extract the source code or create derivative works from the app.
Intellectual Property
PickleScore, its name, logo, design, color themes, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Upper Level Development. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PickleScore is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Upper Level Development does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Apple Watch or iPhone models. Use of the app is at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upper Level Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PickleScore. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Title Sponsorship
PickleScore may display a title sponsor name on the app launch screen in the future, in the form of “PickleScore brought to you by [Sponsor].” This will not affect app functionality or the score screen. No sponsor relationship grants any sponsor rights over user data, app content, or these terms.
Updates and Availability
Upper Level Development reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue PickleScore at any time. App updates delivered through the App Store are included with your one-time purchase. We are not obligated to continue supporting the app indefinitely but will make reasonable efforts to do so.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from use of PickleScore shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at picklescore.app/terms with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
