Overview
PickleScore is a pickleball score tracker for Apple Watch and iPhone built by Upper Level Development. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. The short version: we collect nothing, store nothing, and sell nothing.
Data Collection
PickleScore does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no registration, and no login. Your scores exist only on your device during active use and are not saved, logged, or sent anywhere when the app is closed.
Analytics and Tracking
PickleScore does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash reporting tools. We do not monitor how you use the app, how often you use it, or what scores you track.
Advertising
PickleScore contains no advertisements of any kind. We do not work with ad networks and do not use your data for advertising purposes. We may partner with a title sponsor in the future. If we do, their name will appear only on the launch screen in the form of “PickleScore brought to you by [Sponsor].” This will never affect your experience during play. No sponsor will have access to any user data because no user data exists.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
PickleScore is a one-time purchase. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium tiers. The price you pay at download is the only transaction.
Apple Watch and iPhone
PickleScore runs natively on Apple Watch. The iPhone companion app is used only for theme selection. Neither the Watch app nor the iPhone app transmits any data to Upper Level Development or any third party.
Children’s Privacy
PickleScore does not collect data from any users, including children under 13. The app is appropriate for all ages.
Third-Party Services
PickleScore does not integrate with any third-party services, platforms, or APIs. Your use of the app is entirely private to your device.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at picklescore.app/privacy with a revised date at the top. We will never adopt data practices that contradict the commitments made here without clear, advance notice.
